Neos2
The Neos offers a complete range of three floodlights in Four different sizes: Neos 1‚ Neos 2‚ Neos 3 and Neos 4. The Neos floodlights have a power range from 35 to 1000 W associated with a wide choice of reflectors. All floodlights of this range are IP66‚ preventing ingress of dust and water.
Neos luminaires allow for a multiplicity of applications: floodlighting of buildings and monuments‚ but also installations on poles (with or without an additional bracket) for lighting streets‚ pedestrian walkways‚ bikeways‚ parking lots‚ etc.
A mounting bracket has been designed to fit the shape of the floodlight and allows it to be adjusted on site.

Housing Made of die cast aluminum alloy. Includes a mounting bracket.
Gasketing Silicone gasket to insure IP66 rating for dust and water ingress protection as per IEC 60598 standard.
Hinge Die cast aluminum hinges are integral to the housing and lens frame, with stainless steel pivots.
Locking System Three point spring loaded interlocking latch made of die cast aluminum alloy, permits tool free access to luminaire.

Lens Flat tempered glass lens is permanently sealed to the housing with a silicone sealant.

Ballast Tray For Neos1: Integrated electronic control gear is to be mounted onto an injection molded polymer structure, fixed into the housing, pivoting and easily removed without tools. For Neos2, Neos3 and Neos4: Made of galvanized steel, pivoting and easily removed without tools.
Electrical Feed A pressure gland ensures tightness at the wire entry for flexible conduit .310" (7.9mm) to .560" (14.2mm) (cord by others).
Mounting The yoke is a formed galvanized steel plate. A central anchoring 3/8-16 (Neos1 ans Neos2) or 3/4-10 (Neos3 and NEOS4) opening and two openings for 5/16-18 (Neos1&2) or 1/2-13 (Neos3) bolts are pre drilled. (Anchors and anchor bolts not included). The yoke allows rotation. Position adjustment is achieved by tightening the yoke's support screws.
Hardware All exposed screws will be in stainless steel. All seals and sealing devices are made and/or lined with EPDM and/or silicone.
Finish Application of a polyester powder coat paint. The chemical composition provides a highly durable UV and salt spray resistant finish in accordance to the ASTM B117 standard and humidity proof in accordance to the ASTM D2247 standard.
Colors and Finishes
Schréder luminaires, poles and brackets have a polyester powder coat paint finish (4 mils/100 microns) (unless another finish is specified). The finish's chemical composition provides a highly durable UV and salt spray resistant finish in accordance to the ASTM B117 standard and is humidity proof in accordance to the ASTM D2247 standard.
Schréder has 5 standard colors.
