Albany Maxi
A classic of the Victorian era, the Albany is notable for its versatility.
It exists in two sizes, perfectly proportioned to each other for various mounting heights and applications in size. Its two sizes together with its wide range of reflectors and mounting options, make it suitable for large urban centers as well as roadways or retail centers.

Technical Specifications
Housing Spun from sturdy aluminum sheet, 1100 alloy. The hood and the decorative ring are mechanically fastened and can be supplied in contrasting colors. The shade supports the optical block and offers an optimal cutoff to limit up light and control luminous pollution and maximize the flux down to the ground line.
Mounting The mounting device is made of cast aluminum 356 alloy, and offers a ±3° angle adjustment to allow a perfectly vertical installation and compensate for fabrication tolerances of brackets and poles. Attachment by means of an externally threaded tube 1" nut and a position locking counter nut.
Opening The opening part is joined to the housing by means of an integrated hinge with a stainless steel pivot, closed by a 3 point, spring loaded latch for tool free opening. Access to the optical block for lamp replacement, and to the ballast housing and ballast plate.
Ballast Plate Modular plate made of 18 gauge galvanized steel, mounted to the housing by rotating through keyholes, with a spring loaded locking clip, serviceable without tools.
Ballast High power factor, -20°F (-30°C) lamp starting capacity, with polarized quick disconnect plugs with positive lock feature.
Lens Made of high pressure die cast acrylic, clear prismatic for optimal optical properties and light transmission. Full cutoff optical module features clear flat tempered 4mm glass. Every lens type is permanently sealed to the reflector, forming a Sealsafe® optical block totally tight to dust and fluids. Mechanical impact resistance of IK04 according to EN 50102.
Reflector Made of 3002 aluminum, hydroformed, anodized and electro-brightened (5 microns min.). The optical block Sealsafe® offers ingress protection level of IP66 according to IEC60529and a fluid resistance factor of R>600.
Socket Shutter Injection molded glass fiber reinforced polymer. Removable with a quarter turn, injection molded silicone gasket (duro 60 shore A). Lamp holder is porcelain, thermoresistant, pulse rated at 4kV for medium base and mogul base lamps.
Hardware All exposed screws are stainless steel. All seals and sealing devices are made and/or lined with EPDM and/or silicone.
Finish Application of polyester powder coat paint. The chemical composition provides a highly durable UV and salt spray resistant finish in accordance to the ASTM B117 standard and humidity proof in accordance to the ASTM D2247 standard.

Colors and Finishes
Schréder luminaires, poles and brackets have a polyester powder coat paint finish (4 mils/100 microns) (unless another finish is specified). The finish's chemical composition provides a highly durable UV and salt spray resistant finish in accordance to the ASTM B117 standard and is humidity proof in accordance to the ASTM D2247 standard.
Schréder has 5 standard colors.
Other RAL colors are available upon request.
